Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order?
• You can order online anytime using our secure Protx payment system, or you can call customer service Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 5.30pm on 0845 676 2061. We have a 24 hour answering service outside of these times.
• We accept Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta. Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX cards.
• To pay by cheque, please contact customer services. Goods cannot be sent out until cheques have cleared.

What are the delivery times and costs?
• We aim to deliver in 7-10 working days. Delivery for bulky and fragile items (eg baths, ceramics, shower enclosures, mirror cabinets etc) will be £40 and non bulky items (eg shower valves, taps) will be £9.50. The cost of delivery will depend on the products you order, and can be seen in the Basket page prior to placing your order. If goods are ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery purposes. NB We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however please do not book your installer until goods have been safely received complete and in perfect condition in case there is unexpected delay or damage to the delivery.

What are the delivery times for direct from supplier items?
• If the items are in stock with the supplier then the time is usually 7-10 working days. If the delivery time is critical please call us and we can check with the suppliers to get a more specific delivery window.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
• Unfortunately Brighter Bathrooms can only deliver to mainland UK. For deliveries overseas (including deliveries to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and other territories of the UK that can only be reached by crossing the sea) we can organise delivery to a freight forwarder at any major port on the mainland. From that point, safe delivery of the item is the responsibility of the customer.

Which enclosures come with trays?
• Our Cipini range comes with tray, including the walk-in and steam showers. Alternatively choose a tray from our shower trays page.

When will I know the date of my delivery?
• On ordering you will be asked to select the preferred delivery period for your items (as listed above). When the order is scheduled to leave the warehouse you will receive a despatch email. Prior to your actual delivery our logistics department will call you to arrange a date that is suitable for you. The number for the logistics department in charge of your delivery should be included in your despatch email.

Can trays be ordered with wastes on the opposite side from the pictures?
• No, we can only order in trays the same as those shown on the page.

Where are the dimensions for items shown?
• If no dimensions are shown on the page you need to click on ‘drawing’. This is because some items come in more than one size.
